On the very edge of the city, the hotel provides modern and clean rooms with good WiFi and comfortable bedding. the walk to the city center is around 45 minutes, so it's a bit away from the lively part of town. the bathroom is poorly designed as the shower floods the whole room, creating a swamp-like environment. the breakfast service leaves a lot to be desired, with a limited selection of food, and personnel walking around without refilling empty plates.

One of the things I really liked about this hotel was the value for money. Considering the prices were reasonable, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. The staff were polite and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, with hangers and shelves available for my clothes. I also appreciated the nice balcony, which offered a great view of the surroundings.

I had a great stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Tartu. the prices were very reasonable and offered good value for money. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with basic amenities such as hangers and shelves for clothes. I especially appreciated the rooms with air conditioning, as mentioned in previous reviews.
All in all, I found everything to be satisfactory and there were no major issues that I encountered during my stay.

The hotel was spotless, with spacious and comfortable rooms including modern bathrooms and multiple mirrors. It was located outside the city center, which made it perfect for those traveling by car as there were plenty of free and secure parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel was located on the outskirts of the city and offered a great view from the rooms' windows.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. the location was quiet and close to a park, making it a peaceful place to stay. the free on-site parking and strong WiFi were both very convenient during our trip.
The hotel lacked basic amenities like an elevator and bar. the breakfast was sparse and could use more variety.

Enjoyed my stay for the weekend. Clean rooms and friendly staff were the best aspects of this hotel. It is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by greenery and a nearby park. They provided all basic amenities needed and the Wi-Fi was good.
The breakfast was underwhelming and very basic. It lacked any variety or options, and the coffee was not good.
